its broken about 10 times in the 18 months i've had it. The motor has burnt out twice, it's just shredded my third item of clothing and i'm told it's my fault for overfilling it.. It wasn't over full! Very poor machine and indeed customer service,...

The 8 kg drum has cut the loads down which saves me money.

The 1600 spin is only on certain washes and you have to put a panel on the bottom which is hard to do and it makes the machine very loud when it on spin so had to take it off again.

Very pleased with this purchase, easy to use.

Fantastic choice of wash times and temperatures: Rapid function includes 14 min, 30 min and 44 min on cool washes, ideal for hand wash items. Have done cashmere in the 14 with no problems.

Cycle times reasonable

Door seal leaked on delivery. Had to be repaired after 10 days due to water leaking all over the floor

Very good spin speed and low notice level and good choice of programes

Very easy to use, quick cycle is very fast excellent fir doing those small daily washes.
