Poor Quality: The machine comes with only 1 year warranty. The one I have crashed 2 months after the warranty period. Compared to the price of the product I feel that the quality isn't upto mark and wouldn't recommend this product unless it comes with...

The service / repair when I encountered a small issue has been a nightmare. I have been asked to pay more than 1/3 of the original price and no real reason has been given.

Microsoft office was not pre- installed and was supplied as a CD-Rom for a computer with no disc drive! The warranty required validation which was tedious as all the information had already been supplied at the time of ordering.

Really excellent size, fast and responsive laptop

The mousepad is rubbish. Clicking to select anything is really difficult. It's infuriating. I've got a bluetooth mouse to combat the issue, so now I'm happy. I can't understand how the trackpad passed user testing though... terrible.
