It is so easy to use just press the red button for instant record, or use the programme guide to set what you want taping, you can tape your programmes for that day and up to 8 days in advance it's very clever. I am so pleased with it i have had it now...

The only down side is that you can tape two at the same time but you have to watch one

I have now tried several PVR's, and this one is easy to use, with good quality tuners, is good looking with a decent display. The Programme Guide is good with a moving 'timeline'. It has a good range of inputs and outputs.

In spite of advertised features, because it has no time loop facility on either tuner, it is NOT capable of rewinding live TV, nor can it record a watched programme back from the beginning. It also cannot as advertised record two programmes whilst...

When working properly even I can use it

the whole unit freezes and we have to switch off at the mains for it to work again. Sometimes we can't record whilst watching the same programe Sometimes it says that we can't record because of a systems error when none of us can see any reason for it
