Update 5 Years of wovership

 

The machine has broken down twice within that period. Broke down the first time due to bearings just after 2 years .... they use very bad quality bearings from the factory. The inside and outside bearings were replaced with SKF (one was made in France,...

Good Wash and saves a lot of water.

Terrible

 

Simpson, kleanmade, westinghouse are ALL OWNED BY ELECTROLUX, ill never buy another simpson or electrolux product again. What ever happened to white goods going the distance and lasting 5-10 years???? Is it just me or is every thing designed to break...

Quieter then previous machine, never moved from location once balanced correctly

I bought this machine just over three years ago, I'm still paying it off and its broken. the bearings have gone and it leaks big time and the washing machine repair man said it would be more expensive to repair then to replace with a new machine.

Excellent

 

Very good washing machine, would recommend for couple or single person with small flat. Is easy to relocate, quiet and energy efficient. 2 thumbs up!

Very small, has never broken, very quiet, washes clothes beautifully, low water consumption. I've had it for 2 years and no problems yet. Spin cycle is very quiet with door closed, I often forget I've done a load.

No complaints

Terrible

 

This machine is a lemon. I had countless service calls on it as it stopped working entirely and had the pcb board replaced more than once, before I demanded a replacement. They replaced it with the 710 model which stopped working within 6 months also...

nothing. service calls were within a day or two of phoning, so didn't have to wait too long for someone to come out to service it... regularly

leaves marks on clothes, door jams shut, machine stopped working within 12 months (replacement machine stopped within 6 months)

Bad

 

I though by spending $850 on a washing machine I would avoid issues and get a machine that would last, well you dont always get what you pay for......

It looks good

Only had the machine for about 2 years and it started making load noise on the spin cycle, soon after I realised that the tumbler bearing had failed!! just out of warranty and it would cost around $400 to fix.
