Easy to use, and the water container is in a good position and easy to empty. Dries well.

The catch on the filter door at the front is poor and the door keeps coming open on it's own.

I would say a little expensive for what it is but peace of mind for 5 years.

Kick plate for the condenser seems a little flimsy

Repair needed within first month due to kick plate opening every time door was closed. Same problem occurred 2 months later so am in the process of dealing with Grundig - not an easy thing to do as poor customer service and long wait times on help line...
