Poor quality build specifically the plastic levers and knobs

I like the sophisticated looks of this toaster, others can be o.t.t. with dials etc making them look cheap and nasty. It has wide slots for fat slices of bread but toasts thin slices perfectly too.

Slots not geared to slightly taller slices

slots not deep enough for average slice(Hovis wholemeal). When used for 4 slices it tipped if both levers pushed down together. It burnt the middle two slices on one side of each (perhaps I had a faulty one). Not very impressed I'm afraid & changed it...

The toaster in the photograph is brilliant (unfortunately Curry's didn't send this one - I guess the one they posted to me was an 'up-dated version?) !!

Very quick at toasting. Easy to produce the right colour toast. Lovely design means you can see what stage the toast is at. Simple controls. The frozen bread setting works very well. Easy to keep clean and shiny. Wide slots for thicker bread or cut...

onl had it a week and the knob broke they are so flimsy, this was my second tefal 4 slice toaster in the Avanti range the first being the delux model which lasted me 7 years and is still going strong but is with my mother now, this one is not very well...
