This looks like a quality item but, disappointingly, it has been very inconsistent in even the simplest of toasting tasks. It has literally just stopped working, just over a month after being purchased, and will be returned to the store this week.

Would be a perfect 4 slice toaster for our kitchen counter top - if only it toasted 4 slices! Have to turn Warburtons brown & white sliced bread halfway through toasting cycle in order to fully toast. Heston! Duh?!

I really like this range and opted to have the matching smart kettle which is brilliant. Takes a little getting used to to get the toast just right to your liking but once you know your setting all is good lovely toast even from frozen. I haven't tried...

As with all of Heston's inventions it says exactly what it does, totally reliable and a fabulous addition to the kitchen

This toaster looks great, I was a bit unsure on whether to purchase this product after reading the reviews, But I'm glad I did. It cooks the toast perfectly,
