Need to lower toast in slowly else the spring grips it to high.

This toaster is fast and easy to use!It pops up brilliantly as well...no more burnt fingers in the morning!After the first use it takes a couple of minutes to toast to perfection...I was very surprised at how good this product is for the price I paid...

very easy and practical to used with simple instructions.

have not come across any infact planning to buy another one for my son.
