The toaster refuses to toast the bottom section of any slice of toast. Returned to store, swapped, and the replacement is exactly the same!!! Not impressed in the slightest

any normal bread don't fit in it, uneven toasting, and one side never popped up on its own and now after less than 6 months the left ones don't even stay down when pushed so useless. i thought kenwood was a good make but sadly this product lets them...

Worst toaster I have ever owned. The length of the bread does not fit the toaster so I had to cut 1cm off a normal sliced piece of bread. It takes ages to heat up and then it is not even.

Bought this four slice toaster from Comet. Takes a really long time for the bread to be toasted even on the high setting. My last toaster I had was a Russel Hobbs and had it for about 6 years with no problem. Next time I need to purchase a toaster will...
