after couple a weeks of buying the product the light on the kettle stopped working. Customer service never got back to me. once you clean the toaster it stops working for a while. not happy:-)

Digital display is convenient and intuitive

The support wires are too wide apart and constantly lead to toasted items touching the elements and shorting out, this toaster has been replaced and consigned to the back of the cupboard. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent item, multiple grill options, keep warm, love it to pieces

Will accommodate most chunks of bread and Great for frozen bread, crumpets, muffins etc.
