It doesn't deserve one single star. I mixed my batter, put the cake pan in and waited...and waited...and waited. The oven got lukewarm, then shut off. Back it went. And, since I had to repack this elephant of a shipment and get it back to the post...

Just conked out after having it for one year, tried calling the company that made it but they NEVER answer the phone.

Returned. Way too big to fit easily on counter-top. Size misleading on television.

I only used my over once so far. It got extremely hot! You could easily burn yourself, if not very careful.

HAD THIS UNIT FOR 1 WEEK AND IT NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY. NO MATTER WHAT TEMP YOU SET IT ON, IT WOULD ONLY HEAT TO 250 DEG. THE UNIT IS CHEAPLY MADE. DO NOT BUY THIS THING. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. I SHOULD HAVE!!!!
