Ordered on line and arrived at my local Waitrose next day. Found this radio very easy to set up although the instruction book could have been a little clearer. The sound quality is very good and as I live in an area with strong signal, lots of stations...

Great quality sound from a compact little radio which fits nicely on a corner kitchen shelf. Good service from John Lewis.

only criticism is the buttons in black all on the top and can't be seen in the dark and if you're short sided difficult to read in the day(!). Could be slightly raised to make it easier to find the on/off, etc. by touch or just a larger clearer print....

Roberts Blutune 50 Dab Radio with Bluetooth is quality for money. I've used it every day as soon as I'm up drinking a cup of tea the radio is on. I am very happy with the quality. It's very easy to use.

Needed new radio alarm for bedroom but this is so much more. Chose with the help of the sales assistant but have a Roberts product already and know they are quality. With the Bluetooth ability and phone charge point, this covers everything. Great...

Good value for money. To be expected ,after all it is a Roberts radio.Excellent sound and a nice bass, makes even Arthur Smith sound smooth. Bluetooth and usb. Ideal for bedroom .

This is a good sounding unit but quite complicated in operation. There are 10 presets in DAB and FM but take time to program and are not push button, rather you have to manually select them by rotating the tuner, saving little time from normal tuning....

I brought this product to use in my kitchen but it sounds awful, it's as if it's playing under water. So disappointed to spend a reasonable amount of money on such a terrible product.
