Buttons on handset have to be pressed very hard to operate

nice design,easy to use...great when the top opens to allow you to put disk in as it lights up with blue leds

very crap packaging..........heavily taped, was not sure i had new machine or returned item

The remote control a little bit on the small side.

it could have had more speakers as the ones that come with this are attactive and would be better if there were more of them?

Sometimes there are certain dvd's that it will not play. (genuine dvd's from a shop)
