Ready to use quickly. Shape of steamer allows you to access corners easily. Long cord is a real plus

Works great only thing I find is that I thought the end shaped in a traigle shape it would be good for corners but it doesn't steam at edge to get them so still have to use cloth shame. Also always a que to wait for your stuff why???

Love this product . Only negatives are it's quite heavy and the trigger is stiff if you are using it for a while . Love the window cleaning attachment . Would still recommend to friends and family though .

I had an older Vax model this is far better. The build quality is good. So far I have only steamed floors which was great. Have not used it as a handheld yet so cannot comment. Bought on sale, very happy.

I've wanted one of these for a while and a job came up that I thought it would be perfect for and it was. A very dirty and paint splattered floor. Came up a treat. Machine was easy to set up and use. Excellent purchase.
