I bought this last week - amazing - my last vacuum clearly wasn't working at all as it picked up more than I dare to admit in print! NO hair wrapped round roller at all !! AND I was able to do the stairs with the lift away !!

Bought this a month ago & wish I had purchased one before I purchased my Dyson which is heavy & awkward to use. The Shark is lighter & so much easier to handle. Well happy with it

I bought this last month and I have got to say it is the best hover I have ever brought. I have always brought dyson when it broke I wanted something better and it has not disappointed me one bit ...I have got 2 dogs and it picks up all the dog hair .

Have this a month or 2 now and love it. Very powerful, lifts cat hairs easily and doesn't tangle from daughters long hair. Easy to manoeuvre and fairly light to lift. Great long power cable. Great buy.
