1) the design on the large carpet brush has a high top which makes it difficult to get it under the sofas which are on short legs 2) the notch on the top of the flexi pipe where it fits in to the top of the rigid pipe, is sometimes difficult to click...

It's quiet when doing ordinary hoovering, which is why I bought it.

Finding it almost impossible to get the main bit off in order to use the attachments - really frustrating.

It picks up very well, suction is great and can be modified which is great when you hover different flooring.

Powerful suction. Live the different settings for floor types or level of suction. Better than any vacuum I've owned before.

Nothing bad really but I guess having bags to purchase every now and again but this does make it cleaner and easier to dispose of than my previous bagless Dyson.
