Easy to use. Very light. But I can't work out how to separate the crevice tool so that I can use the brush feature. The manual doesn't tell me except for a picture which doesn't help at all.

I bought this item a few days ago and have used it once, I don't like the suction for the floor as it doesn't pick anything up and whilst being on the carpet it pushes dirt or debris across the floor without actually sucking it up. Really disappointed...
