Had one other one that lasted for nearly 12 years-it was free when I bought a full size vac from a club membership store. WOrks very well, easy to empty and the bag is dirt cheap from second source suppliers.

Design of the bottom portion of the main device could be made slimmer to alow sneaking into smaller places. The tube looses suction strength compared to the main brush for some reason

I wanted a new stick vacuum that wasn't as noisy and had wheels to help it glide and it wouldn't be so hard to push. This does the job I bought it to do.

Item did not have outside packaging. Came home to find they left item in water puddle on porch. Box was all wet when I picked it up.
