It operates very quickly, I have not received any problems in the 1 month it has been up and running.

Win 8, one of my printers will not work, win 8 may be ok with a touch screen but it's not very good with a standard monitor. I would not recommend Win8. The computer seems to be OK otherwise.

Everything works straight out of the box. Software bundle is not great but that was exactly what I wanted, I have my own software. Keyboard and mouse feel like reasonable quality. I'm happy with the choice.

The DVD drive is a bit confusing, there is no button to open or close the door, you need to use the software to open and either close by pushing or using software again.
