Everything about this computer was slow. Painfully slow boot up. Programs slow to open up, as in 10 minutes if at all. I became well acquainted with the spinning wheel of waiting. My first bad experience with an HP product.

But when I go to a web site with a lot of banner adds the computer take a while to load.

I really, really wanted to like this computer, especially at the price and advertised "enough power for the whole family." All I was looking for was an inexpensive machine to do some web browsing, something with a nice big monitor that wouldn't require...
