If you're considering purchasing this product I would advise waiting until changes are made to make installing OS a little easier, and if you need tech support make sure you don't call after hours. Very frustrating to have to wait from Friday evening...

Small form, very quiet.

Even after using Gigabyte's utility to create install flash drive to install Windows 7, got to the final pages of OS install and no mouse or keyboard. It should not be so hard to simply load an OS of your choice. Tried external CD-ROM with Windows 7...

great small form factor and they benchmark faster than they should at normal settings.

Cant get 8GB g skill 1600 DDR3L 1.35v memory to recognize in slot 1. Recognizes just fine in slot 2. 4 gb works fine in slot 1. Sent unit back to newegg for replacement.

I tried contacting Gigabyte support. It took 3 days for a response and their resolution was to try slower 1333 g skill memory when the unit is spec'd for 1600. This was after 2 additional email contacts since their is no phone support at all!! I would...

I have to use Windows 7 because the main software that this will be used for has known issues with newer versions. I can not even get to the desktop as all mouse and keyboard functions cease after install and cannot even give the computer a name. Would...

Compact and easy to assemble. Fast boot times. Quiet.

Only has USB 3.0 ports. That makes this very problematic with Windows 7. Gigabyte's tool for making a .iso file that has USB 2.0 drivers only half works.
