This was a replacement for my old Freeview box. Much easier to use, software doesn't crash, menu easy to navigate

Provides a very useful set of features. Bought to replace Sky, and it does the job very well.

SINCE THE APRILUPDATE ITS BEEN UNUSABLE AND IS GOING TO BE RETURNED AS NOT FOT FOR PURPOSE. I WAS GOING TO BUY ANOTHER BEFORE THE SOFTWARE WAS SABOTAGED !!!!

I brought this so I could ditch my current provider, we have set it up in the bedroom for now and it works brilliantly. As its not our main TV at the moment, we haven't used it fully or set programmes to record as yet though it looks straight forward...

Was disappointed to be sent the 2014 model, would have expected the 2017 or at worst 2016 model. Box working fine so far, although gets quite warm. Click and collect excellent from John Lewis/Waitrose.

I found this item very easy to set up and use. The only thing is I had to buy links for the internet as my modem was too far away to take cable directly to it. Having said that, it is very easy to use BBC iplayer, etc.

Works well as described. No problems. Smaller than the previous model and looks a bit nicer. Managed to get it to sync with my Panadonic TV after a few tries so the TV can be fully controlled with the youview remote - the instructions don't fully...

I had someone in to set it up for me. The handset has very tiny keys which makes it difficult to use in dim light.- I find I have to use both handsets to operate the TV, which I did not with the old recorder. Sometimes the TV only works using the TV...

This product is easy to use a child could use it. I am really pleased I bought this particular device.
