What it is: A great tool to keep on a window sill or dashboard.

You do need to remember to put it out in the sun or be prepared to crank!

This is a lightweight unit with a good working light, very clear NOAA reports (channel 7 here), light enough to put in my pack without weighing me down. Good to have for listening to unfolding weather situations while out and about.
