Low price for what you get (touchscreen, decent RAM, a GPU that isnt complete crud- kind of a high-middle class GPU). Relatively high build quality

Backlit keyboard shines through under keys- makes it look sloppy and would have been easy to fix

For the price, you can't beat the components. If your experience is like mine, you will not notice it's a refurb at all

This computer needs an SSD. Not really a con, as you get plenty for the price, but you will need to add one for speed

Metal case get a little warm along the top towards the screen that's where the heat sync is if your playing high demanding games , heat sync is in an odd place most the heat hits the screen hinge (you'll see if you get one) it doesn't affect...
