I have had a similar model before my current one. The hand held models should have replaceable rechargeable batteries. If that's not feasible then offer a factory service to replace the batteries.

Bought this for myself and then gave it as a gift. It's amazing what food particulars are left after brushing and this gets them out. Besides it lightens teeth too!

A daily dental ritual has become something I look forward to. I'm amazed how much residual food it removes when I use it. I will continue to use it.

I love my waterpik. The other thing I would recommend is that they should have a light on the pik so that you know when the unit is charging. The instructions indicate to charge for 24 hours, but it should have a light that goes on when it is charging...
