It should beep when switching quadrants in your mouth.

The one you can buy at Sam's Club comes with two of these devices and a travel pack. This device was supposed to have a travel pack but all it came with was a plastic casing with the product and a plastic cap for the head. Where is the travel case?

Has worked well for years, charges conveniently, and I can even take it on vacation for a week without recharging.

Due to the design of the brush heads, they are outrageously expensive. Also, as the brush head ages, it works its way loose during a brushing cycle and must be retightened.

Good battery (so far). Feels solid. Easy to clean.

While the price of the unit is acceptable, the price of replacement heads really is quite ridiculous. I have an older electric brush (different brand) with a rotating head that seems to do a better job.

WOW is all I can say, this is AMAZING and after just the first brush my mouth feels like it's been to the dentist. There is literally no reason to use manual brushing anymore!
