I have had this product for a little over a year. The battery never lasted over 6 hours when new. Now it will hold a charge at best 30 minutes.

That battery lasted longer than 6 hrs with constant mp3 playing,,,, headphones that came with it sucked... order a set if you choose this model

Granted all the pieces are here but out of the box, full charge yielded five minutes of play time. Literally, it was timed. My advice, spend the extra coin for the Zune or a iTouch. Or buy something else please do, dont waste ur time, money and a phone...

much easier to use than my last mp4 player,nice and clear, tough little bugger too.( been dropped a few times ) needs wireless internet to compare to ipod. Great deal!
