I realised once I got the product home that this was not what I wanted. I took back to the store and staff were very helpful. I returned the item and received a 'no quiblles' gift voucher in return for the full value.

It looked and felt like a toy. It was made of the cheapest looking plastic with ill-fitting corners and mouldings. The screen flickered when we tried to turn it on. The headphones were like the free ones you get when you go on a tourist open-top bus....
