It crashes all the time, you can't put videos on it easily unless they are under 5mins, anything over that you have to buy a programme. It doesnt fit into pockets easily, its an immediate cry for attention -"steal me". I feel vulnerable getting it out...

easy to set up and use. Lots of storage space for mussic and video.

Not sure of any other than you have to use apple format exclusively, and not able to use standard ones.

Being of a certain age, i found it easy to use ,with there only being the one dial to navigate around.also the text is nice and clear, it also has a good solid quality feel to it.

Nothing really bad to say, but maybe i miss a belt hook, so i can keep it out of view.

i found this product suited my needs as it was portable easy to use and just tucked away in bag.
