Backlight is not strong enough, speakers are very quiet and tin sounding, and for an IPS panel the blacks are very grey.

In all seriousness i think the ACER H6 lineup has the nicest computer monitors on earth right now. These monitors seem like they were sent down to earth by an advanced alien race because these monitors are in a league of its own in terms of color depth...

The base of the stand has a magnet inside which can harm any electronics you rest down on the base (luckily the magnet can be removed in seconds if you just pop the metal plate off from under the base and remove it. Its pretty small it looks like one...
