outside case of microwave got roasting hot and would be dangerous if a child never mind an adult touched it . I returned this item.

quite easy to use, that's it!

inside too small for 'average' sized dinner plate, you have to turn it sideways to get it in! glass turntable often comes off its 'wheel' always after reheating anything, condensation/steam collects on the roof and ends up dripping onto uncovered food...

Compact design with very easy reheating controls. Easy to clean.

Good flexibility of power, with lots of pre-set programmes.

Very shiny surface means that if it is in a bright place, it is not possible to see numbers on the front panel. We had to rearrange things on our work surface to be able to put it in a place where we could see the numbers!

feet under microwave not stable, non adjustable. Had to put a wedge under one side to make microwave level!!!!!!

nice to look at, simple and classy looking with no large logo to be seen anywhere

nothing that comes to mind really, although for me i prefered my old microwave, that had very simple features
