We did not realize the door drop down rather than swing out and being short I cannot reach the food inside.

It works extremely well. It looks great but having to pull down the handle when it is set high in our kitchen isn't easy, especially for kids. Also, I hate that you have to turn the nob for the time to cook something instead of just taping the numbers...

Have been using this unit for a couple months now and really enjoy baking with it

I was awe struck by features of this product. Look and feel are amazing . It's an high end product with amazing features. Very easy to use compared to other products
