KitchenAid Architect® II KHHC2090S Stainless Steel 1200 Watts Convection / Microwave Oven

After 2 years the display showed about half the characters and after 4 years the microwave completely died. It went in the garbage and replaced by a cheap Emerson from Walmart. A real BI-itch to install and to rip off the wall went it died.

Microwave worked for only 4 Months. Customer Service is awful at Whirlpool. Took 2 months of complaing to get a new Microwave. They were out 7 times to try and fix this oven. They keep doing the same thing. Not very knowlegable on there products....

We bought this Micro Wave from a Kitchen Aid dealer on Dec. 5 2007 within 3 weeks it would not work at all. Called the dealer and He called his kitchen Aid Sales person and they would not take a return for a new one.
