Now that the family have left home our old freezer was too large for our requirements (Christmas may be the exception!). It is a little early to comment constructively on the features/performance of the freezer - ask again in five years time !

It's doing what it says in the description 'freezing'. The quality is excellent. Delivery men were prompt and efficient unpacking the product for me. Extra storage baskets would have been useful.

Purchased this item at a reduced price at the Swindon outlet store. The handle was badly damaged but this may be why it was reduced. All works well, the handle damage appears to be cosmetic which does not matter as it is in the garage.

Ummm, it's a small chest freezer - it freezes stuff well. Been plugged in for 6 months - very little sign of ice build up. It's quiet. It keeps the temperature I've set steady - no increases or drops.

Excellent communication and up-dates from delivery men / JL re delivery window. Unfortunately the size mentioned on website was inaccurate and we could not place the freezer where we wanted. Quick phone call to JL, extremely helpful staff, very polite...

Had to fit in the space of the old one in the garage, only just made it. So pleased it has a internal light, something I had never had before, as it's in the garage this is very handy. Very pleased with my new freezer & the delivery men were very good...

I wanted the chest freezer the following day which is why I chose a John Lewis product.. Had I had the time I could have purchased a similar product for half the price.

The freezer fits well into the space designated, it is capacious, quiet in operation, easy to access contents. More baskets as integral to the product would improve it.

Freezer works very well and is just the right size. I was also pleased to have my old one taken away and disposed off.
