changing the door to open the other way proved to be very difficult

There appears in the top cabinet to be slots for a glass shelf but none provided and heavy food goes directly on the metal coils - bad design or cost saving?

Plenty of room inside to organise your frozen food products. We had a chest freezer before which meant we had to virtually unload it to get things from the bottom, this freezer is excellent with lots of room and easy access.

Can't think of any bad things about this product.

Basic modern freezer at a very good price. Previous LEC freezer lasted 28 years ... would be nice if this one is as reliable.
