Great service from John Lewis assistant, great service from helpful delivery team. Two good reasons to buy in store. Freezer generally does what it's supposed to, although hum more hummy than w'd like.

Very pleased with the new freezer, surprising how much it holds, ample for our family of four. I was a bit apprehensive seeing some of the reviews where it was described as quite noisy but we haven't found it so at all. It's excellent.
