First class product. No serious faults The freezer section is excellent , nearly better than my ordinary freezer Well set out and well furnished inside with boxes etc

The Warning bell could possibly be slightly louder and The internal light could reach further down the fridge However both very minor points

Its constantly waterlogged due to the 'wet back' feature which wasn't mentioned in the information when I bought it. I complained to hotpoint and they were really unhelpful and then didn't respond to my last emails. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nightmare to get fitted. Had to get 3 different fitters in,eventually the crack team were sent in. They managed to do it but it is a real struggle to get the freezer part to open as the cabinet door gets in the way.

Ideal for my small kitchen, it's a smart integrated fridge freezer. I wouldn't say it's for a large family though. I like the internal small freezer, which is handy. I would buy the same again. I like the three salad/fruit and vegetable drawers.

The white plastic trims to the glass shelves keep on falling off. The wine rack shelf I removed, so I could have more space for food, however that is personal choice.

Love the freezer box, much larger than I expected. Auto defrost, great design.
