Appears well made and well designed. Too new to tell how it will last. Looks good. Pleased so far.

Very quiet in operation - apart from the odd sigh when it's automatically defrosting! Lots of space in the different sized drawers and no awkward ledges to catch things on. Good looking bodywork, although handle could be sturdier.

Needs two hands to open door, as seal very tight. (One hand on handle and the other to hold the body of the freezer). Freezer will move on smooth floor. Shame that both ice cube trays won't fit into top section at the same time, but easy to buy smaller...

Exactly what I wanted in a Freezer, especially the frost free option. Drawers have good space for awkward items. Very happy with the Hotpoint name for value and reliability.
