came with a cracked draw. Replaced within 5 days. Hotpoint Company website had wrong phone numbers, took while to get right number. Still chasing free gift.

The drink rack in the middle is annoying...!!

Plenty of storage in the fridge and freezer. Meat department is a lot colder and therefore definitely keeps poultry and meats longer. Different temperatures through out this works well when you get used to it.

To our cost and something Hotpoint are aware of, the fast freeze has to be turned off manually, the manual states the opposite, we had poultry and steaks that quickly iced up after leaving on for 24hrs, these had to be discarded as advised by Hotpoint...

The very cool veg/fruit drawer and meat/dairy fish drawer.

I would prefer to be able to move fridge shelves and door racks in mor positions.

Massive capacity, never need to wonder what to leave out ever again. I now have an entire shelf just for my beer, result! It keeps veg and salad so much longer than my old fridge and in perfect condition. I cannot praise this fridge highly enough. Well...

Nothing bad at all but be aware of the size of this thing though, measure your doors and entrance before buying, it is huge and only just got through my front door.
