Our first unit would not cool. The service department walked me through the checks points and it was determined that the unit would have to be returned. New unit was promptly shipped and has met all our expectations.

Just love this unit, had a wine cooler before but now with the beverage side to it ...I am so happy. The only thing I wish I could do is have the light inside turn on every time I open the door. Right now you have to push a button to turn on the light...

We bought this product mainly because half the family are not wine drinkers - mostly water, soda or snapple. The wooden shelves for the wine are horribly cheap and poorly constructed and really don't slide well at all. They seem to fall when you load...

The shelves for this unit are very poorly designed. When pulled out, they slip off the runners falling on the shelf below. Appear to be about 1/4 inch too narrow.

I just installed this wine / beverage cooler and very impressed so far. It is very quiet and quickly gets to desired temp. It looks great in our kitchen and the soft blue lights add a nice touch in the evening. Overall, great quality. I will post again...
