We have had this freezer for 5 years and in that time it keeps stopping freezing - 5x so far. We switch it off and after a day (or so) it comes back to life (though that doesn't help our thawed food).Finally this week it stopped and we have given up....

Sadly I have not found this freezer to be as spacious as I thought and the little compartment at the bottom won't really be all that helpful (for ice for example) as it is not accessible. Will have to set aside some space in one drawer for ice cubes....
