Difficult to turn the door opening

Within the first couple of days the freezer had defrosted all of the frozen food within it. My parents threw away the defrosted food and for some reason it didn’t happen again but the door hadn’t been left open so there appeared to be no apparent...

Despite no seeming separate temperature control for both fridge and freezer, the temperature of both is regulating at -18C and 5C.

Love the door open alarm, great idea, should be compulsory in all fridges.

There's no door open alarm on the freezer !

Flimsy freezer drawers

Thermostat is a bit off, always ice even on low setting

Wide salad drawer

Difficult to reverse the doors. Instructions inaccurate and special tool needed.
