I have only used this a few times, but I am impressed by its power and design thus far. I live in an apartment and this is compact enough to place in a cabinet to clear up counter space.

We love our large Cuisinart, but it is just too big to bring out for smaller chopping needs. The mini is great, it's light weight and easy to set up which simplifies our weeknight dinner prep. With only a few pieces, cleanup is easy too.

I was looking for something smaller than a food processor and was pleasantly surprised when I used this the first time. It is a powerful machine that chops all sorts of things as well as a larger food processor! Would definitely recommend getting this...

This has been a great tool for soup prep. Bought it to chop nuts to smithereens for baking - but haven't tried it yet for that. It's cute too. We bought another for my Mom.

This mini-chopper does the job. I've only used it a couple of times so I can't speak to its durability but it's an effective little chopper. Beats hand chopping.

Got the mini prep as a bridal shower gift and I love it!! Have used it to make sauces, prep homemade frozen yogurt and lots of other things. Great for so many kitchen jobs, plus it's small and much easier to store than many large kitchen appliances....
