It's definitely non-stick and make some very great steaks! I thought it would be alittle bigger but it's still a good size. It was very easy to wipe clean. I would recommend if you're interested in a grill.

This little unit is a gem! What a time and heat-saver! Instead of roasting chicken breasts in the oven for 20 minutes or longer, 8-10 minutes on this grill and they are done!
