This oven is great for cooking evenly, my previous oven you would have to turn dishes around half way through cooking, I don't any more. Had great cakes since purchasing this oven.

Instructions not great, however, the oven is so simpe to use that it is not difficult to operate without.

It very easy to burn yourself on the element in the top oven - I have the scars to prove it!

Easy operation, lots of useful functions

Well insulated, doesn't heat the kitchen up as much - therefore the central heating thermostat doesn't cut out as often. Good looking, simple controls and good visibility of the interior while cooking.

Had a rattle in the top oven when bottom oven operated, we were told by the maintenance engineer that it must be a loose shelf and it turned out that the fan was ill fitted

Both ovens take ages to heat up. When grilling food, there is nothing to stop the tray from falling all of the way out, it is very dangerous.

Excellent oven.

The only problem I had was there was no grill pan handle with the oven. When phoning the supplier I was informed they are not sent out with the appliance and the customer has to phone up for it. This was delivered as promised.

Heats up quickly; cooks food well; lots of choice with 2 ovens and options for fan or conventional; lights in both

Instruction booklet useless; no cookery book with oven; bit tricky to set timer and clock; took a couple of weeks to get used to controls
