Haven't used product yet, purchased in sale as back up. Looks good and was cheap

The flimsy inside of the lid which is difficult to clean as is the inside rim. Having had previous rice cookers, the design of this one on the inside is poor.

Pefect. The lid seals shut so no leaking water when boiling rice - absolutely brilliant

Delicious rice and chilli made so far! Rice made within 15 for 4 people so no issue with time as others have reported.

Short lead! Altho not a reason not to buy!

Takes guess work out of rice cooking. Rice comes out exactly how I want it. As soft as I want without having to attend to it. Have not used the other 3 features yet.

Cleaning, really fiddly to clean. I rated 7 because of this. Would have rated more.
