Not being provided with grill pan handle. Not being informed that this was an optional extra which you have to buy which I feel is disgusting after paying this much for the cooker.

Good quality construction and design. Induction hob extremely efficient.

The control knob for the top oven is not intuitive.

Love the induction hobs and the 5 shelves in the right hand oven plus 2 in the lower oven makes maximum use of all the oven ! Much easier at Christmas time

The nobs are a bit cheap . And the right hand oven door is opaque which is a shame as we thought it was glass

Would prefer knobs to control the hob instead of touch control.

Induction hob is great, works really well.

The mirrored oven doors look great when clean but keeping them that way is not easy.

The hob is so easy to clean. I only use a damp microfibre cloth followed by a clean dry tea towel. I don't add any detergent and I only use the cloth for the hob.
