Lack of any real instructions. Expect to spend time watch videos on You Tube. Tongs that come with it could have been better. Not really a con, but, a cross thatch design would have been better for the racks to save smaller items, fries for example,...

You do have to be a bit delicate with the lid as you do not want to jar the bulb. The entire unit (not surprisingly) gets very hot.

Fast, convenient, crisp everything so nicely! It's great while it lasts, probably one of the best things to exist.

I'm actually on my 3rd one. First one, heating element went out in 1 WEEK. You heard me, it didn't last for more than a week. 2nd replacement lasted 4 weeks. Heating element went out again. They are sending me a new one.

This things is amazing to cook meat in. I use it to cook steak, chicken, fish, bratwurst, etc. everyday. Haven't really cooked anything else in it.

I have found none so far except the lack of instructions. The timings given are OK, but there's still a learning curve to figure out the correct timings. Since you can see the food, it's not too hard, but at first, I tended to over bake.
