I can't fault the ease of use with this product. The only downside to this pressure cooker is the grey plastic component that sits under the weight situated on the lid. I've changed it 7 times in 3 years as the grey plastic component cracks between 4-6...

Easy to use. Instruction simple to follow . Have replaced previous model purchased 35 years ago. Wish l had done so sooner as this modl is quieter and easuer to clean after use.
