When I have worked out which way to use it, top heat or bottom heat or both, the results are good, especially pastry.

The shelves are tinny and difficult to slide. The heating system of top heat and bottom heat or both is complicated and the instructions are not comprehensive as to how to cook different foods. Certainly not the easiest oven I have had.
